i have it and it is incredible, but i must warn you that it is harsh and if youa ren't accustomed to harshness then you will feel it even harder. but well worth it imo.

I have the ones made for an M Coupe and it's a butt spanking ride but worth it 100%.

Bilstein's PSS coilovers seem to be a popular choice for M3s ... look into those as well.

I have Dinan, and have had KW V2 coils. I have been in a M3 with H&R. I found the H&R so damn uncomfortable, they are so freaking stiff, my back started to hurt. Personally I would never get them and know a lot of ppl from other M3 boards that switched them out. If you M3 is your daily driver then you might want to rethink it because they are extremely stiff. If you want coils, then KW, PSS9, Ground Control and Tein are good choices. If you dont want coils, my Dinan set up provides the ultimate in balance, beautiful ride and handles like its on rails. KWs are also great. How much are you looking to spend?
