No problem. Maybe we could get some kind of e30 meet this summer. I know quite a few guys here in Montreal that would be in for sure.

Hey, you know that drive was WELL worth it!

You did see some nice pictures of my car, but i have done some MAJOR changes since then. Anyone who has seen my car in person knows the amazing condition it's in.

I'll think about selling you the headrests from my stock seats once my new ones are in!*th-up*

Jase, no offense but your car is a 4X4 compared to mine...even with your 75mm lowering springs:D

what suspension setup do you have ?

Jase
06-20-2004, 11:37 PM
he has 60 mm apex springs with blisten sports and 18" wheels..

I have no idea why yours would be lower. My springs have never been driven on. also the rear is only 50 mm drop. they may settle a bit. I can only get a 5mm lower drop. Unless i go with some coilovers. I measured from my pan to the ground and all I have is 3"

60 mm apex, that's the same springs as bmwm5lover has

I know that some of it is the kit. the pics you saw of my car is no kit on a uphill slant. Measure your ride from the ground to the fender well. Mine is under 23". Plus it has to settle so i figure about a 1/4" more.Like I said not sure how my 75mm/50mm is higher than yours

That'd be cool. Sly and I are going to the CART race at the end of August, for three days. Maybe we could meet up then? By the way, I may have an extra ticket, if you'd like to join us.

Wait 'til you put a beautiful scrape on your nice front skirt...unfortunately it's inevitable. It killed me after a paint job.

i was looking into a oil pan guard if it will fit. 3" is not much space between the pan and the ground. Plus i have some wider rims on the way for the car

I had the same setup on my old car for over a year, and you would be surprised the abuse it can take! That diffuser realy protects the bumper; one time i spcraped so hard that one of my fog lights came OFF!!! No damage to the skirt, only scrape marks under the diffuser...

Since when is a diffuser in the front of he car... me thinks you meant to say splitter.

diffusers are on the rear of a car.

Is your whole point in life to correct others to make yourself out to seem more inteligent?. Or is is just that your so anal. Maybe it is that you enjoy getting a rise out of people. It is really too bad that you bring out the worst in people. Whatever the case is Fil knew what i meant. *shiner*

Actually, i was referring to Andre's front bumper. It looks like it is sagging down towards the ground, it just looks weird to me.
