my sisters 81 320i will crank but not start. Any ideas? plugs are good, distributor cap and rotor are new.

afm,fuel pump,fuel filter,fuel pump relay,main relay,old gas,coil,dme,crank position sensor,broken timing belt, bent valves...low fuel?

thanks man, i thought of fuel pump and the relay, gas is good, its a timing chain not a belt, so coil, crank position sensor. ok a few things to check thanks!

yep its fuel pump....used one on its way and sister might actually tackle it herself before Dad gets home from California.

oh i had this problem before!! i removed the fuse box cover to change a light fuse, then when i put the cover back, i accidently moved a fuse out of its place, i forgot which one, but take a look at the fuse box, hopefully that should do it!!
