Do you still have this exhaust? If you do, will this fit onto a 97 M3? I will call the dealer to find out tomorrow.. Let me know if you still have this.

the exhausts are the same for every 2.5L+ 6cyl BMW.

it will fit, no question about it.

no i dont think it will fit a 97 bimmer cuz of the o2 sensors

the o2 sensors are with the cat... "m3 exhaust" typically means catback, which is identical on all 6cyl BMWs except for the 323 which only has a single pipe past the cat. So if this pipe includes the CAT and o2 sensors, then you are right, the top part wont work, but everything cat backwards will work fine.

It is only the cat back , forgot to mention, and yes it will fit 325, 328 and m3 e36 models

msanity prolly meant, 95 M3 has 2 o2 sensors where 96+ has 4 because of OBDII...

95 M3 has one O2 sensor :P

Anyway, yes this will fit any e36 with a full twin pipe exhaust. (325, 328, 3.0/3.2 M3)
