I remember one guy on E46fanatics sat there taking dozens and dozens of pics for almost an hour until he came up with an incredible pic. It's just luck with the timing, cool stuff.

thanks everybody.... I was outside for about an hour and took 193 pics. Out of 193 I only have about 10 lightning shots....this by far the best.
