I am offering my 1989 325i for sale.

This is a high mileage car, but remains in sound, running order. I continue to drive this car every day.

Please refer to www.appliedkinetics.ca/1989BMW325i.htm for full details and pictures. I have owned this car for thirteen years, and know it very well. Feel free to call with questions.

I apologize that the images on the web-site load slowly. I am no Internet wizard, thatís for sure. If you are on dial-up, give it a minute or two. The pictures will eventually load.

If you are interested in this car, please call me anytime at 905-520-6686, or email me at stevenpark@appliedkinetics.ca Note: I am only at this email address during weekdays. I have no weekend or after-hours email. Call anytime, however.

I also have a few loose parts available for this car (steel wheels with wheel covers, Colgan bra, front lower control arms, ignition wires, etc.) that I havenít had time to photograph and post. I will soon, though.

Thanks for your interest.

560k? original? wow, body looks good for over half a million km

Yep. 560,000 km. The body looks pretty good. Needs some TLC though. A tiny bit of body work, and a paint job, and she'd be a fine ride. The interior is in great shape. I have been able to keep her out of the sun most of her life.

Thanks for the interest. I will work at getting some interior pics over the next few days, and will update the webpage, and re-post a notice here.

I was just downstairs cleaning the interior. I took off the seat cover I have been using on the driverís seat for years, and noticed that the driverís seat fabric has a tear in it. I checked all of the other seats. All are good. I will update my webpage to note this as well. I donít want to mislead anyone.

This gives me a lot of hope for my engine, which now feels incredibly young.

I have done the service myself, over the years. But frankly, there has been very little to do. Under the hood, only the fluids, belts, alternator, water pump, and steering rack have been replaced. All else is original. Even the clutch is original (and still fine, I might add.)

So true......It is miracle how some cars can be in good shape since it has been taken care of original owner....In his case probably it was on lease 2 years and he bought it after.....When the cars starts changing owners it is more of a "trying to get by hhehe "

Update: I have not received a suitable offer, so I have decided to make the ncessary repairs myself. Then, I will either try again to sell the car (e-tested, certified) or will just continue driving it...maybe I will reach 1M km...who knows...
