howdy all & thanks in advance for your advice:

so i installed the tms chip in my 94 325is the other day...

first day: car acts like its running out of gas and then stalls. starts right back up and i drive off with no problem.

3 days later: car stalls again - this time after a few high rev's. repeats this behavior 3 times or so, then starts back up and drives off fine.

whats up? could this be my o2 sensor?

My car has just over 100K miles.

could be o2, could also be mass air meter. Try putting the old chip back in and see if that gets rid of it. If not, then check the 2 things above.
