what other parts would be needed to install this on a 325i?

you need the manifold, you need the piping... the intercooler, blow off valve.... computer or FMU, depends on which way you are going... injectors....

a lot of stuff....

if I pick up this turbo, I may have a smaler one available...

i can see it's a holset, but... HX25? HX30? a little more info might help you move this thing...

My fully T4 (102$) that is arriving looks moderated bigger than that one, but I see the exhaust is a bit small.
