I agree that 3400 seems a little pricey, but not cuz its a 4 door. there isn't much of a difference in price between 2 and 4 doors usually

and felix why does your ride say 86 4 door 325is

there were no 4 door 325is and no 'is' in 86 at all

well bmw's are designated by there drivetrains and suspensions right..so if i put a 2.5 in a 318, its not a 318 anymore..its a 325..
get it....
now i know its not a "real"from the factory is...i just call it that due to the drivetrain..
and yeah..i sold the 318 to crusher..i bought ivans 325 awile back..

'is' is the exact same M20 engine as "i", and very similiar suspension which im guessing will be upgraded to aftermarket anyways.

the main difference is in the fact that 'is' is 2 DOOR and loaded (leather, power sunroof, premium stereo, etc)

So if I put M suspension or do an M 5 lug conversion on my car, can I say I have e30 M3?

Congrats man!
The car was fair priced, considering the stereo, good condition, rims, and front skirt he got, as well as excellent maintenance, and records.
Enjoy man, like most guys would say, once you go E30, you can never go back...

So you guys did not hire a mechanic to look at it?
Terry nice to see how you help around to keep this community stay alive.

the main difference is in the fact that 'is' is 2 DOOR and loaded (leather, power sunroof, premium stereo, etc) that's untrue. i have an 87 325IS and it does NOT have leather.
