Well, I was tired of the sloppy stock shifter, so I went to Budds and bought a Z3 1.9L shift lever complete with bushings new cups/pins/bushings/clips. I installed it yesterday and what a difference.
It has the perfect throw and has fixed the sloppiness. Total cost of the lever with the new hardware was 115.00$.

The shift lever is shorter then stock as well and looks so much nicer. A very good e30 upgrade for a descent price.

I didn't use that one, too dark for me.

I used Testors Candy Apple Red. I have a lot left, if you wanna come by you can take the bottle and use it. :)

Hmmm, it seems I don't have any. They match the red of the light perfectly however, people around here can atest to that. I had a guy ask me today if I bought them all-red. :) I'll make a photo shoot this weekend, I love the stance of the car now.

Yeah man, I forgot about that PM me with the details on price and such.

The throw is much shorter, it is notchy, but very easy to go into gears, just like my motronix shifter for the e36 I had.

Oh yeah, for anyone spray painting there lights, don't use Krylon glass paint.
