guys, the owner of the 86 turbo ETA that was written off, has picked up a 91 325I and is looking to get a set of 18" wheels for it.

He is looking at the TSW Kyalami in Hyper Silver but is wonder what offset would be correct one for the car.

He wants to see some dish in the rears and a nothing crazy upfront.

What would you guys suggest for an offset or maybe even a different 18" wheel that is similar to the TSW that would look good on a Red 91 325I 2dr.

thx guys really appreciate it.

Does he want 18" X 7" or 18" X 8"? The correct offset for an E30 is 23-25mm so he will probably need a 10mm spacer to get the +35mm offset wheels that TSW offers.

If you're gonna go for such huge wheels, do it right. Find ones that are made to fit the E30 without spacers, though at that size you're looking at more custom made setups than otherwise.

TSW wheels are notoriously soft also. I've seen 15's bend, who knows how bad an 18 would fold. Also, if you want dish, go for lower offsets, as Dave pointed out. ET25 or lower.

i believe he wanted to go with 18x8 in the rear and 18x7 in the front.

hmm soft wheels eh.....that worries me....

might keep looking if thats the case.
