Hey guys...
I got Falken 195/50/15 low profile tires mounted to my new wheels today. The wheels are 15x6.5 ET 38...I put the new wheels on, and aside from not being hubcentric...they look and feel great! The handling and steering is awesome, no rubbing, no vibrations! Its raining out now so I'll take pics tommorow... I was a little worried about the offset...but they fit amazingly! You'll get a better idea after I take some pics...also Im planning on getting springs and shocks soon, for now Im going to just clamp 1 coil on each spring to do a temporary lowering....

195/50/15........low profile? LOL! :) 225/35/18 is low profile!

Unfortunatly i'm selling my 18's and going back to a 17" with a 205/45/17.....I hate anything over a 40 series profile. Oh well...beggers can't be choosers. Now post them pics!

I hate anything over 40 on E30's. The only reason i'm going with a 45 is because I want to keep the speedo calibrated as close to stock as possible and my car is so damn low I don't know if I can get my car up the driveway of our new house!

That is a 5.4% difference. Pretty bad. And those wheels must be horribly inboard of the fender. :huh?:

Actually, they're not really inboard of the fender. I think they're just right...I like them, and my speedo isnt off...they really look good on the car. When I said low profile, I meant lower profile, hell, compared to the 225 14's on there before, pretty much anything smaller than those monsters is low enough for me! LoL...anyway its still monsooning here....I'll get pics up as soon as it stops!
