no, i dont think so
the fronts would, but they are staggered, the rears are too wide

The M3 rims on the sedan doesn't look very good. If I were you, I would get the OEM 18's that come with the M sport package. I might buy these sometime this summer. Here's a picture..

As far as I know, they're too wide.

i am 100% sure
without fender mods

Would they fit a e46 coupe/cab?

why dont you give us the size of the wheels? im pretty sure the rear will not fit a coupe or cab because they are too wide

i believe the rears are 275/45/18

stock m3 tires are 225 in the front and 255 in the back
but 275 will no way in hell fit a 330ci without fender mods
265 is already has rubbing.

rears were changed to SO-3's
but they are gone anyways and would need to be replaced

actually my bad they are 275/35/18

it doesn't matter- the width in the back is not the problem. the OEM e46 m3 wheels have a very different offset in the rear. It will not fit on ANY car except the e46 m3.
In case interested...I am willing to sell my M3 18" rep rims:
