What could be the problem help me pls ?

Hi guys


Today , when I entered my car and start it, the tapw was working normally,, there was alos power on windows ,, after that the tape went off and no power windows,,, also the inside open door light is not working and no nebter lock working too,,


the fuses all were ok, I checked it one by one,, what might be the problem ??

battrey is ok, coz I can start the car, and lights are on and drive with no problem ,,,,, but no Tape or center lock or power window
