Front Bumper/Grill Removal

Does anyone know if the casing that the grills sits on (Below the hood but above the bumper) can be removed.

Yeah, the nose of the car? .. You have to remove the bumper first, then unbolt the nose from the top.. (inside the engine bay).

I haven't done myself, but I've seen one of my mechanic's do it once... didn't pay extremely close attention though.
