Yeah, that's for 1.9's only.

It says it's for the 318 and Z3 1.9L. It doesn't say it's for 1.9L only.

If it fits the OBD 2 1.9L M44 motors it will work with the OBD1 1.8L M42 motors as well. They are almost physically identical minus OBD2 (OBD1 is even easier!), intake manifold and belt configuration (can be easily modified).

Once you get the actual blower unit, it's just a matter of finding the shop to custom make parts for you. The brackets and mounts, custom intake manifold, etc.

I bet you could build your own kit for $2500CDN.

I have a garage in my house which includes a drill and some drill bits. :D

My friend which is also somewhat my partner owns a machine shop.
