I turned on the heater last night, switched from 0 to 3 and I figured out it was too big ... I switched back to 1 and all of a sudden all the A/C - Heater didn't work. Could this be a fuse problem ?

that happened to my e28, Heater/AC/ SUnroof died. IT was fried wires etc etc etc, anyways 250$ later, i only had AC blowing 24hours!!!! Lets hope thats not the problem you got..... Check in ur Owners manual to see the fuse #

Does it work on position 4? If so, your blower motor resistor is gone.

Like 30 bucks. But if it doesn't work on 4 then it isn't the problem.

I checked it, it was the fuse. Then, I changed the fuse ... the heater was on again for like 5 seconds and the fuse got burnt again

Is it possible because I changed the fuse when the heater was on 4 ?

i just got it checked to day, they said there was a short circuit in the blower resistor, it brought the Amp to 50 from 30 Amp. That's why the fuse (30 Amp.) couldn't handle it. I have to get a new resistor :( it costs like $218 plus another part ( I forgot the name) but it cost like $42 :(

but the heater / A/C works now  only at 2 and 3

You must be mistaken on the part. The blower motor resistor is under $50 everywhere.
