Be more specific on "areas." It depends. If it is a lower valence, the price shouldnt be too bad $150-300 USD. Reason being there should be no need to blend the paint into other panels. On the other hand, if you are respraying the hood, a good body shop would blen the paint into the fenders, at the least. This job can have a whole range of prices.

For example, I was quoted $600-800 USD to have some small dents taken out of my trunk lid and having it resprayed. That also included blending the paint into the fenders and some new items (badge, roundel...)

Just go get a quote. It cant hurt anything.:)

yeah when I got my car painted 3 times in a row a few years ago, damn rip off artists I auda....anyway i was told that it would be cheaper to just get the car repainted then go through the touch up process. If I could do it again I wouldv'e stressed to my mom that any paint franchise is a rip off and to get the work done professionaly. Also remove thing like the tag, emblems badges, lights front and rear, windsheild wipers, side view mirrors, front grill, bumpers & spoiler, the screen thing near the blower and wipers, and front headlights.
