"LIC PLATE LIGHT FAIL" and "BRAKE LIGHT CIRCUIT FAIL"

ok i get these 2 messages randomly on the diagnostic computer..

the lights DO work..

ive heard that there might be a problem with a wire in there...

anyone can explain (pictures??) how to fix this problem?
