I did the install on Saturday and it wasn't anything challenging other then getting at the bolt for the valve cover which is behind the support bracket.
Replaced the gasket and used some Gasket Grease and it has made quite a difference in softening the valve tick that is present with the M20 engines. When I took the old gasket off, there wasn't anygrease used for proper sealing so I am glad I changed it anyway.

Ebay for 10$ US, I don't have time to paint it, so this worked out fine.

Hey, wanna sell your old one for $10? as long as there is nothin wrong with it.

This way i can take my time and paint it, instead of hurrying to paint mine inorder to put it back on the car.

Looks good man! *th-up*
but how did it quiet out the valve ticking? I took mine off, repainted it, and reinstalled it with a new gasket, and sealant, and it made no diff sound wise....
