I have been told that to find out what my engine is I need to look at the PLENUM CHAMBER on the inlet manifold, what is the PLENUM CHAMBER and where do I find it?

all i know is that the pleneum is the intake manifold itself......

but if u have an e30 and its a 325 6 cyl. u have the M20 B25
motor, or u have the 318 dont know the engine code for that.

It could also be a M20 B23, or an M20 B27. Not all E30 6 cylinders are M20B25's, just the 325i/325iS's are.
