URGENT! Upgrade Seats for $300?

Is this worth trading in my seats + $300 for these?

My stock seats are black leather, heated... stock E36 luxury seats. (forward/back, back tilt, and height for drivers side... not for passengers).

The seats I can pick up are from an E36. They're sports seats... (not vaders). They are also heated, include the Lumbar support, the seats fold down to get to the back seat (which I don't need)... and they're a little sportier.

**HOWEVER, They need to be re-upholstered sincer they're currently red and black with the stitching coming out.. and I'd rather have them all black to match my interior.

Is trading in my perfectly good black leather heated seats + $300+Reupholstering worth it for these sports seats?

I have to decide by noon Saturday.

I did a recover on my sport seats. It is like 1000 to recover them I would say keep them. It is a pain to recover them.

if you really want to and your fixed on these then you have already made up your mind, but i would just listen to the little man indise, since he is the one paying the bill

I have sport seats and I really can't drive non sport seats due to my height. They do make a difference. Get a price on upolstering before you trade.

In my case I would just wait and buy aftermarket seats (like Corbeau or something), but it depends on what you want to do with your car.
