hey guys i was jus wondering how much work and how much it would cost me to get 5 lugs on a e30 so i could fit sum e46 m3 rims *love* *mw*

These kinds of questions are completely subjective. It depends on how much you can find parts for and where you goto to get it done.
You wont see a sign that says E30 5 lug convesion and give u a price anywhere in toronto.
The only you'd get a price is if someone has done the swap at a shop in toronto, and they tell u how much they paid, and u go there but i dont think anyone has.

ok maybe thats out. what about some sort of a wheel adaptor that would make the 4 in to 5 like a spacer of sum sort? ne thing like that on the market?

Look to spend around $500-$1500 (USD) on parts. The work isnt too involved if you have all of the correct parts (struts, hubs, rear trailing arms, rear wheel bearing/hub...).
I wouldnt do the swap to put the e46 m3 wheels. I am unsure of their offset and I believe they are 18x8/8.5, you will most likely have clearence problems.
Get a nice set of 4 lug wheels with good rubber and call it a day. No need to go extreme when you wont be using it.
