they are a little oversaturated and the setup is a little boing/generic.

pictures are a bit to plain

haha, it looks alright in person. I ended up sending some other pics, not of just cars, so bleh

not bad at all (IMHO). Avoid people in the pics unless they are models. Also, closely observe the background for clutter.

6: that car should never have been created... I going to hurl.

Yea, but importfest is usually really busy so there is hardly any gap inbetween when I want to take a pic and people walking. Anyways, I sent some better pictures and I got the job for the night that I wanted to so its all good

from what I've found from taking pics of cars, is that the angle makes the difference.

Taking pics from the height of the headlights usually gives a good effect.

also, trying to fill the entire image with the whole car also gives a nice effect, usually I take these pics from a higher angle. But this also depends on the shape of the car.

Gamite is completely right.

+ don't send any pics of cars with little stupid kids standing around them... or ppl looking into the cars with 1/2 their bodies in the vehicle ... like this once

here are some I made at the autoshow... Though i realize i could have utilized the space in a more efficient way... but I went on a SUNDAY with 10000's of little 10 year old everywhere *uzi*

Yea, but most of my pics I take are from car shows as well, where there isn't the possibilty of just a few people.... Its hard to go for good angles when your trying to take the pic before another person decides to walk by the pic, so its all a matter of taking the pictures quickly and to make sure the entire car is in it. And when I cover car shows I have to get a picture of every car there (part of the job) so it gets kinda boring and tiring taking pictures of every car and some which arn't even worth taking, but I've found another folder on my comp with some other pictures I took on my free time that I decided to send instead and everything worked out

Heres a pic I took on my driveway. Don't mind the dull colour, I had to scan it cause I took it on 35mm, but I think I have the ability to take decent pictures, given that there arn't constant interferences with people constantly walking by... :D
