magna flow on a 318is?????

I want to get a magna flow exhaust on my 94 318is this week or next. I keep movng the date i should do it because i'm unsure it will sound right. I drive a lot on the weekends, but i also have a loud sound system. I'm going with magna flow because I have a phat hook up for a cat back magna flow for like $180. What do u guyz think? Should i go with the magna flow, or wait and save up my money for something else?????????:confused:
