Sorry for asking this type of question again, but the distributor (Gemsen) of these companies is pretty useless.

I just want some authorized Kicker places to bug and compare prices.

I believe Phantom Car Audio is a kicker dealer. I got my subs there. They are good people to deal with. I recommend them.

Hmmm, looks like I got lucky with the shop I pulled out of the yellow pages. For the same amp, the shops have quoted me:

$699 - Concepts on Wheels
$769 - Phantom Car Audio
$850 - Number 1 Sound

 on the quote from the last place. Anyone know anywhere else? I wish I could find some sort of listing...

Dude, do NOT buy from Phantom. I known Dan since he used to work at that other store on Dundas (the one with the H1 car audio show car), well before he opened up Phantom. I have dealt with him before, and I also have 2 buddies that have blown some nice wads of cash at stupid Phantom. He has screwed us all over, sold defective junk, I saw him sell something "new in box" that his employee ripped off the demo deck display. Stay as far away from Phantom as possible, plus all their stereo stuff is low-end garbage.

Who did your setup? Reg? he's the best installer there by far. Its not the installs that are so shabby (depending on installer of course, GO REG!), its more so their pricing and customer service
