I'm real close to making the big purchase on new shoes for my ride! Details are attached below.

Anyone have problems with ride quality, bent rims with this setup?*shiner*

Any rubbing problems before and after a drop?

Not sure on the offset just yet but it'll be either 40 or 45.

Can't wait til spring!

265 wide tires in the rear is possible and MANY people have done it. 19 x 10 wheels in the rear are ideal for this size. If you are planning on lowering the car though, you will need to roll your rear fenders, if not, it shouldn't be a problem but you'll be rollin high :)

I would suggest better rubber than those Kumho 712's (entry level summer tire). Spend the extra cash on a good wet/dry tire like a set of...

or even...

Hey Guys

Thanks for the comments :) .

Bliss, can you tell if the car below has rolled fenders?
Looks like its been lowered as well with still some clearance.

Ugh!
I love the lip but I don't want to end up hammering, cutting or rolling anything unless I absolutely have to........and I do plan on a mild drop just enough to fill the gap.

For the tires I'm actually going to go with Yokohama's AVS sport. What do you think about those?

Maybe I should just go with 19x8.5s all around....AAAARGHH!!!

You cant tell if the fenders are rolled in a picture, the rolling is in the inner plastic fender wall.

you must get the 10s in the rear ! they're gorgeous.

If you get the right tire, i doubt there will be rubbing.

For sure you will rub with AVS sports because of the tall tirewalls.

I'd also suggest not to go with 712s. I have them on my integra... They are ok for the money, but you could do much better for a little more.
