I have 1987 635csi black on black i donít have any web space so i cant post a picture :(
I am converting my coil to accel super coil and super stock wires GM now and it is pain in the ass because i have to make them fit on my stock rotor cap, but hey it makes a difference i swapped coils and one wire to rotor cap and engine response is way better. Now i have to do complete conversion on every spark plug.

All 6 series cars had the exhaust just off centre out the back. It is a big system and over complicated. It is fairly easy to go aftermarket for less money and a few extra ponies. I also would be interested in a meet.

RNDLTS,
Do you own a 2002?

I do own a 2002 it is a 1970 widebodied car that runs in the BMWCCA club races and also in the Ontario touring car championship with the CASC-OR.

I just put an Alpina side draft set up on my car. Twin Solex DDHs with air horns as opposed to the PHHs which came on the Ti. Suffering withdrawl since the car is parked for the winter.

The Toronto '02 owners group meets a couple of times per summer. About 20 of us total right now cars ranging from '77 1502 with full blow Alpina 2L upgrade, original '68 Ti plus a wide variety of Tiis and and regular 2002s.

We have a meeting scheduled for Jan. 8th, location TBD. Let me know if you'd like to attend and I'll send you the details once finalized.

Also, let me know what tracks you're racing at and I'll try and make it out. Mopsort? Watkins Glen??

I may have met with some of you guys at a restaurant last year if that was the same group. I had every intention of doing more stuff but just got too busy. We will be racing this year at Mosport, Shannonville hopefully at Mid-Ohio and maybe the Glen depending on time and money. You guys are welcome to come and hang out and I can get you a schedule. Always looking for some crew to help out timing or changing tires haha.
ps hopefully not killing this 6 series thread as I am still interested in hooking up with some of those guys.

Same group as met at Yorkdale last year so I musta missed you. I'll let you know the location, maybe we'll see you.

I'll usually got to Mosport a couple of times per year and planning trip to The Glen this summer (provided the fast ferry service to Rochester pans out) let me know the dates. I can probably get a few other people out, up to you to rope 'em into crew duties though. LOL.
