Will an aftermarket CF hood from 2 dr E36 fit a 4 dr E36?

I'm getting a carbon fibre hood from my friend's E36 M3 but his car is a coupe. I have a sedan. At the time when he ordered the CF hood there was only 1 part number for the CF hood. He didn't specify that he had a coupe or sedan but when the hood arrived it fit.

My question is, will I have problems fitting his CF hood onto my car? What are the differences between the 2 dr and 4 dr hoods if any?

NO!
The hood will NOT fit, i believe the 2dr's have about 3" or so, LONGER than a 4dr. hood!
