View Full Version : Fix for off-color E30 trim

I just thought id share the latest mod to my concorse mobile. I couldn't take that off color pannel under the dash anymore. *shiner*

The paint is Mar-hyde and is available at UAP (it works great, buy an extra can trust me)

MAKE SHURE! you clean all the shinny stuff off before you paint, use a wax and grease remover to prep (also available at UAP)

oh.. and Racing-R, type R, Red needles too.. :)

that paint is GOOD ! i used it for blacking out my grill *th-up*

ps....looks good....ugly...:D

ok slight problem..

The paint is a little darker then the dash.. it's more equal to the door pannels. so now i gotta find a dark grey paint.. still looks better but it's not perfect :(

Terry.. it still looks better then the brown you got LOL

Bastard paint.. i guess i'm gonna have to paint the kick pannels to.. that should fix the problem

try this instead: go to walmart (do you have walmart in canada?) and get some black leather shoe dye apply to all black trim let dry and then buff with a rag makes it looks brand new *th-up*
