Hey, i am a new driver with my G2. I have been reading these forums for a year or so. I was wondering if you guys double clutch when shifting. If so, how do you do it, and y do you do it. I don't have my bmw yet, I drive my moms Benz C230 kompressor and her Volvo, my dads mustang and his camry (which is a standard). Just wanted to know, Thanks

Derek

To save you some trouble of reading the old threads....

Double clutching is slower then normal shifting, donīt do it, itīs dumb (unless you have a synchro-less racing tranny, and even then...). If the car you plan on driving is from the mid 40īs, then sure, double clutch all you want.
