...came back with this !!!!
I'm so happy now and excited everytime I drive it I might even throw up, lol ! That's such a great car, I never drove in a cabrio before and now I have one. I had to drive 1600 km in total but it was well worth it... It drives so smooth. It's totally different than my E36. Here are some pics taken by the dealership in Germany, I haven't taken any since I have it but soon I will. I'm in love with this car guys !!!
here it is *par-t* *love* *par-t*

what happens if you need repairs to the car. are you going to have to drive 1600km just to get back to the dealer?

beautiful car! congratulations.... i'm sure you had fun breaking it in on the drive home?

p.s. You're saying that a 320hp 745i pulled away on your dad's 343hp E46 M3? how?

No, here in Europe when you buy a BMW from a dealership you get 'Europlus' warranty, which means that you can fix your car wherever you want in the EU.

You bet I had fun! It's a real pleasure driving this car. Especially for the first time, you're always more excited then.

I didn't say he pulled away from me, but it was quite difficult to catch up (in 6th gear), I mean for such a heavy car they are really fast. But I let him go anyway because they just keep speeding in turns too and I don't wanna lose control of my dad's car (neither in my car). I'm not ashamed to say that I don't feel comfortable going fast in turns, especially on roads that I have never driven before. I know I'm a good driver but I won't push a car to it's limits, I'm not too confident then. I know I'm not Schumacher or Grönholm or whoever... I wish I was though

Yes I agree on that but for now I will just keep these, I already know what I wanna put on but that's for later, I have to save some money again now...:)

I don't think that was a really healthy way to break in the engine... It is not recomended to do alot of highway miles when you are breaking in an engine, becuz you mostly go at the same revs for a long period of time.

Congrats on the new car man, looks really good... You must have loved how it feels to cruise around with the top down :P I was dazed when I was cruising around with a convertible for the first time in a CLK Cabriolet... Never knew cabriolet's are so much fun *wave*

Thanks for the nice comments guys.

I'm thinking about installing the ACS compressor that gives a 330Ci around 400 hp. I saw this in a magazine called BM World. I don't know the price yet. Any of you who can give me some advice on how to add extra power? I don't know much about superchargers/ turbochargers, ....

PS: don't worry about the engine breaking-in thing, it has 18000km already

Also I'm looking for some exterior mods... Can anybody tell me if I can add a lip to the front spoiler? I have searched on different BMW sites but haven't found any pics of an M-tech spoiler with lip. If you have some pics please post them. Nice pictures of other E46 cabrios are welcome too, just to give me some ideas

Thanks
