i was wondering if the 1995 E36 325i Cabrio has the rear subframe problem....

shouldnt unless you really kill your car, (ya ya i saw you in the auto-x video :D) seriously i dont see how it should be messed up, because the cabbys were beefed up to accomodate for lack of upper frame,
the only thing i can think of is if you bought the car used, did you get a full inspect to make sure its never been in a collision? a bent frame could definately do it, also like stated above , if you really drive hard, you could have done something.

yeah see thats what i was thinking, but wasnt sure of......i know the cabs were beefed up a little....and i mean a little....but i am not sure if bmw knew about the rear subframe failure prior to the production date of my car.

subframe failures really only seem to plauge the 1992 and 1993 e36 cars, by 1994 they had corrected it, but like autotechnica says any car can have subframe failure if driven hard enough

i think its around $500 to repair and beef up the subframe if it fails, (ask autotechnica hes had it before) good luck dude*th-up*

$500 isnt that bad...i got to think about it.....sheeet....iam going poor and poorererer......
