hey Guys..
I have a chance of getting a 1988 325IS
The guy that has it is now letting it sit and wants to get rid of it....
He did lots of work on it in the past 4 years..
Complete leather interior...2 year old paint job, Complete service up to date..
needs nothing to do on the suspension or mecanical or anything else....
Engine is fresh from 2 years ago with a metric Mechanic 2.8Litres ...Head has been redone by BMW under Warranty..
Lots of money was put in the enginefor the stroker setup.
Now it just needs a little bit of T.L.C. on the exterior..paint touch up and new IS Lip
All i want to do is to get the powertrain swap into my IC and then sell the car the same price i will be paying for...
I am lookig at about $5000.00 for the car..
just the engine rebuilt alone cost him $5000.00 with the Forged pistons, rebore and new bearing, rings and labour etc.....
Should i go for it??
