Where to buy Schrick cams?

Just wondering where can I buy upgraded cams like schrick etc. in the GTA area for a 2000 323Ci & would the gains be worth it?

There's a company called AMI Motorsport in Barrie that sells Schrick. www.amimotorsports.com
Prices are posted on the net. They seem pretty reasonable.
