Which would you guys choose?? How would you rate the car, I'm not particullary keen on the new look of the 2002 3 Series, Nor am I impressed that you still cant get a M3 in a four door, some people still need that, and I really dont want the M5 gee there is only like what $40,000 to 50,000 grand diff for not that many features it only the prestige in saying I make more money than you and I have a very limited amount of personalization, there is very little out there that I have seen that can further augment the carisma and the physical deminour of the M5 and give it a stronger attidude of big boy toys, the AMG C32 has a lot of attitude I think plus to there is very few of these car out there far less I think (correct me if im wrong!!!!) Plus what else can you get for $80gs that can still pull a 0-100 in 5.1sec in an AUTOMATIC to I might add!!! surprised the she-hat out of me, plus come fully equiped with Navagation System, In-car Motorola V.60 Cellular Phone (all though I dont know what to do with the one i have??) Xenon Headlights, the list goes on and one, yet I'm torn which car would you guys recomend??? or would you be more inclinded to post your vote????C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents\My Pictures\Sample Pictures\C_New_c32.jpg F:\Sample Pictures\M_3coupe_gallery_11_1024x768.jpg F:\Sample Pictures\M_5sedan_gallery_11_1024x768.jpg

if someone said to me pick one for free I would go with m5, most expensive one, but I would pick m3 for mys seft.
m5 is more family car, too big and I don't need that.

Botht he C32 and M3 are great cars, both have there ups and downs thats for sure, but in my case, i would stick with bmw, jsut because ive grown to love em so much :)
also, you gotta love the stick shift OR SMG! and not automatic mode all the time!

Do you want an automatic??? The C32 is just that, but that car is truly awesome for an auto- but still the M3 rules .....
But for a great touring car the C32 would fit the ticket. Lots of potential. Either way these are both excellent cars. Both are equally hard to obtain too. *love*

I gotta go with the M3, i had a four-door bimmer, now I want a two-door and an 8000rpm redline. As for the Merc, i hate autos and see no point in owning a limited edition performance automobile that doesn't have AT LEAST the option of a stick. Personally I get sick everytime I see an e36 M3 with an auto, and I applaud BMW for not offering the M3 and M5 with autos.
The cars I really want are M3 or M5 tourings!

don't appauld so fast, don't u remember that the E46 M3 has SMGII now??

I don't consider the SMG an auto as it has a clutch not a torque converter, it is a clutchless manual and from what I hear isn't very smooth at all in fully automatic mode.

I got no problem with 4 doors, I personally like my car with 2 doors, but eveyrone has different likes, however the m3 is a sports car and I just think sports cars look more sporty with 2 doors as a pose to the family sedan 4 door look
but hey props to you man, M3's are sick regardless

what about convertable? e46 comes as a convertable.
really when I was shopping for m3, i didn;t even consider 4 door.
but when I accidently saw one in autosalesman's garage, I felt in love and bought it.
