One of the reasons why I'm avoiding a track.

Man, that's BS to stay away from the track.

I mean I've been to it and spectated my friends and others doing it since I'm not allowed to track. Obviously you won't lose control like that unless you're pushing it or driving it 10/10ths and making a driving error or in rare cases a mechanical failure.

Hell I'll show you in a couple of years of me tracking and see if I'll end up like that :D *knock on wood*

That's called inexperience on a track. You never try to correct the steering when you are in that much of sand/dirt. You ride it out straight until you slow enough to safely get back on the track.

Poor guy, was such a nice car... and wont be covered under insurance.
I have taken my car to the track several times.... it is fairly safe and a ton of fun. The biggest thing is dont get over confident in your skills, or your car. I also took the advanced driver training which helps alot!

Hehe Vlad. You might end up like that with all the crazy driving you're doing :D

Anyway, That guy is a moron because:

1. He should have taken it on the track
2. He should Have Not turn the wheels to lock on a dirt course
3. He should have had a roll cage/rally tires
4. He should have rally experience

lol.....*no-no*

He must of really been pushing his car to the limit*no-no*
That's what happens when you get to cocky*shiner*
If I were to track my car, I would be very cautious cause I'm an inexperienced track driver.

Ahh you got it too! Same applies to Shannonville. One of my friends turned too sharp and ended up on the grass but he maintained the steering straight, had he of tried to fight for the steering he could've flipped *sad*

With a bit of work, the car can still be fixed. Cut and shut job with another E36 sedan?

Otherwise, the engine, and other M3 specific paneling such as the bumpers and rockers look good enough to part out...

Those pictures are heart wrenching for a car guy...especially a BMW enthusiast...the play by play death of a renowned performance idol...
