ya i wish i have the lightning but at the time i was debating what's priority. i wanted it in manual tranny with 4x4 v8 with optional diff. reg. cab and short box, so they had to order it from oakville. also my friend is good friend of the owner at meadowvale ford. future upgrade may be closed to lightning is powerdyne supercharge, gibson headers, and gibson dual exhaust.

hey moe do you know any where i can get the speed governor out some how?

Come check out www.f150online.com

It is one of the best, if not the best forum out there for our generation f150's. The guys on these boards will tell u anything u want to know about your truck.

www.troyerperformance.com is the distributor for Superchips, Inc. chips for our F150's. His customer service is excellent and he knows what he is doing. He is the most reputable chip-tuner for F150's. His chip will remove your top speed limiter, set your rev limiter higher, and will give you about 25hp+ and 35+ lb/ft. The chip is the first mod anyone should do, and then an intake. Ford modular motors are breathing from a straw. An intake gains typically 20+ hp.

If you have any F150 questions, just ask me:)

I had them price me out a chip for my 7 and I couldn't justify the $300 USD they wanted for minor gain.
