I'm in the process of repairing a replica LWT M3 front splitter for my E36. I would like to know the 4 different measurements of of the 4 different positions and how far the splitter sticks out on the real LWT splitter as the real one is adjustable and mine is not.

The replica splitter I have is currently fixed in one position, I believe this is the full extended position. I think this sticks out way too far and I want to cut the front of the splitter to the next shortest size. Can anyone tell me how far it should stick out? Thanks

Pics of the splitter...

Here are pictures of the splitter installed on my friend's 325, the exact same splitter is the one I have here at home. As you can see this sticks out pretty far.

Don't mind the civic's.. hehe *uzi*

Our cars looks almost identical from the front doesn't it? Thats because he gave me his front bumper and splitter. I think now he is using a replica Hamann bumper. Anyone know the specs for the length of the splitter please let me know, thanks!
