I took one of my weekend drives to Budd's Hamilton today :D and as I pulled in I saw the back of an M5, immediatly my mouth dropped  because I never seen such an M5...it was baby blue and it looked like it was be pimped out from the back side...so i pull up beside it and i could tell that it's stock paint!!! i thought to myself for a bit that BMW pulled a crazy colour out of their ass (considering they dont use weird things much) and made it look so damn good! if you haven't seen a "Blue Water Metallic" M5 yet, dont go on the bmw.ca site cause it looks tottally different...

Anyways, the gun metal looking M5 rims blended soooo good with the baby blue and the tints were just perfect, not to dark and you still could see through the car...it was simply amazing! *love* *mw*

I only seen one other M5 before and that one was dark blue, didn't appeal much to me but none the less it was an M5, but this baby blue blew me away!

Thats my story for the day! ;) *th-up* :D

HAHAHA sorry I hope I don't burst everyone's bubble, but that is Darryl Budd's car (or I should say ONE of his many cars) and I've DRIVEN it. LOL one day he was in and he's like "Hey Brad, go toss some gas in that and then run it through the car wash", so I was like "um........okay". The thing is pretty damn beastly I must say. Well anyways thought I would share..............OH and some of his other cars I have driven are a phoenix yellow M3 cab, SMG, a 760Li and hopefully soon I will be able to drive his red Z8, but we will see!

you MUST be thinking of Leguna Seca Blue because blue water metallic is a silver colour if I'm not mistaken.

No it's Blue Water Metallic, if you go on www.bmw.ca and customize the car you can see it's almost baby blue, but like I said the site doesnt look the same, but it is baby blue and if you see in person and then see the site you'll know...

Nope pasta 325 is right, it is like a baby blue colour, and I think it looks pretty good. I know, I have driven it and seen it in person.

those are some nice colours!!!

and ya it's not the same on the site, thats why i said dont judge it by going on the site...you guys could be right though, since he is the owners son, it could of been a custom job by BMW, by something says it isn't because the colour just isn't baby blue, it's a different tinge and it's almost impossible for a human to come up with it, unless they seen on computer or whatever..but still, sick colour none the less, and when i get my M5, i'll probably be choosing it...

i think it was a little darker then that, but i could be mistaken...are you sure thats blue water metallic? because M3's dont have that, that has to be custom, therefore it minimizes the chances of it being the same colour
