Could be sunroof or windshield...

Do you have a new windshield?

Also check for floor, rocker and front fender rot.

my guess is the sunroof drainhose froze and popped off. pull down your headliner in the corner and see if it's attached... it's a relatively quick/easy fix.

If at any time water got around your rubber mat and got your carpet wet underneith the mat it will not dry. There is no air getting to it to dry it.

Park your car someplace warm with the mat removed and let it dry. Then see if the moisture comes back but be careful to keep all wetness from rain or snow on your mat.......may also be a good idea to check your mat for holes or leaks

cut n weld. This is exactly why i glued my skirts on, every car thats been wintered with factory skirts has rot under the skirts
