Up for sale is my clean title, accident free 2003.5 E46 m3 Smg. It is titanium silver metallic with black napa interior. Very clean car inside and out, mechanically outstanding. It comes with a 100% flawless mint set of VMR v710's installed on the car wrapped in Michelin pilot sport 2's. Also included are the stock factory 19's in 9/10 condition. Additionally it's got flat black kidney and front grills to compliment the flat black wheels, an AFE intake, UUC Corsa exhaust and black cube trim interior. All OEM parts and grills are included. The interior is a solid 9.5 out of 10. No one has sat in the rear seats since owning it, It has never seen snow, rarely seen rain and is kept indoors covered and comfortably heated at all times. Honestly I don't really want to sell it but at the same time I don't even use the poor thing. This is my 3rd m3 now and I love the cars, I know I'll miss it once it's gone but I'm far too devoted to operating my new business right now to concentrate on a toy car. If it goes to a good home, great.. If not, worst case scenario I own an m3..*

What size and offset on the VMR rims? Willing to separate? Very nice m3. Good luck with sale.

I dont remember exactly off hand, they are m3 fitment. 8 1/2 and 9 1/2 +35 and +25 if I remember correctly but I could be wrong.. And no, I'm not currently willing to seperate the rims unless the car sells without the wheels.

Jokes - so much disrespect to the seller.

I wasn't even going to justify that with a response, but thank you for doing so.. Stupid people nowadays think they say "cash" as if it's going to make people break down and accept whatever they offer.. In reality, how else do they think they are you going to pay for a car? A payment plan? Personal financing through the private seller? Of course it's going to be cash or some form of bank draft or certified cheque. At the end of the day it's all cash.. Retards these days!

I got disgusted browsing E46 M3's on Kijiji today. They're all trash.

Good luck with the sale. 6000k HIDs and unpainted wheels would make it sell faster.

The HIDs are actually still OEM I have no idea why they show soo blue in the photos, I didn't really notice until you mentioned it. Also the factory 19' with factory finish are also included..

Edit*

Also the license plate lights! They are a tasteful white not gay blue.. I think it's due to the fact I took the photos with iPad not a real camera

Clean M3 nonetheless. I missed the part about the original wheels coming with the car.

Just makes it that much of a better deal.

Thx, I am also willing to sell the car with just the OEM 19's if need be. I have another application I can use them on so I don't mind keeping them and reducing the price slightly!

So many flakes! I've accepted two deposits from two different people both of which a week or two later come back and tell me they don't have all the money.. I don't understand how people shop for a car like that? This is insane?!

Long story short, car is back up for sale! Autotrader ad has it priced at $25 500.00 obo. Bought a new truck, this thing has to go!

because people walk around with 25K in their pocket? if i wanted to buy a car, i'd go to the ATM and pull out 500$ to give as a deposit, and come back in a day or two with a certified cheque/cash.

Exactly. I did this in November when I bought mine. Saw the vehicle, decided I wanted it, gave the seller $500 pending PPI, following this he got the balance handed to him in the form of a bank draft.

Only when your buying cars for 3-5k but when your buying a 20+k car I don't think your going to walk around with that much cash in your pocket. Op Good luck with your sale.

When you are buying 20K+ you bring him to your local bank and let the teller fork out the cash from your account while he signs over the ownership. That's if you took the car for an inspection prior to that. It all comes down to how much time you have on your hands, but than again, even if you are paying a few grand, you may still have to swing to the teller since the ATM may not give you enough.

Auto levelling, not automatic on. That came in later years, 04,05+ I believe..

Still getting calls, emails and people comming to see it but everyone always tells me a story of how broke they are, "bro save it for me, I'll buy in in three months" or my personal favorite " I'll make a deal with you.. I don't have all the money now so I'll pay you $500 a month, you let me drive it until the end of summer and then I'll give you the full amount".. That sounds logical. Getting pretty frustrating! Such a clean car! Needs to be seen to be appreciated.

What do you mean by auto on. Because my M3 is a 2003.5 and has the feature that automatocally turns them on when it gets dark.
Edit: I just looked at the standard and option list and auto leveling was an option and auto-on was standard for 2003.5

I can't believe people actually even said those things to you. Payments? Lol wtf. I hope this is not after a test drive. I would be furious.

So many broke-ass dreamers out there. I didn't allow any test drives on the past few cars I've sold within my family unless I had a non-refundable deposit placed. I'd take the interested party for a short drive around the block, but no one sat behind the wheel until money had been exchanged. Interestingly enough out of the three cars I've sold online, two of the three bought them without even test driving them.

I fully understand what you are saying, no one drives the car unless I get a serious understanding of their intentions.. I have only allowed 2 test drives while I've been in the passenger seat. I'd take it out, they would bring it back. Both hopefull prospects but then one guy said he needs to ask his father for abut more money based on his budget (which he was refused) and the second gentleman I am still in contact with as we speak (we have a lot of other interests in common), he is just doing some research prior to making a decision.

FYI I had another call lastnight. No lie this is how it went:

Phone rings,

Me: hello?

Guy: you have m3?

Me: yes I do,

Guy: car is good? Mumble mumble *some other language*

Me: yes it is good?

Guy: best price is good.

Me: pardon?

Guy: lower best price.

Me: ?! What?

Guy: ok, *hangs up*

Wtf?!

You are out to lunch. No bank will hand you 25K on the spot in cash.
That kind of coin (usually anything over 1.5-2K needs to be ordered in advance and takes 3-5 days).

OP, you don't even truly know to retarded time wasters, dreamers, and idiots that are out there "buying" cars....

My buddy just sold his 2010 Civic DX for $10500. He sold it because he got a A5 AUdi. Some dude came, we took him to the bank, he gave him 7k CASH, and rest wire transfer to my buddies account. No stories no Bs. I was there when that happened. We just had to take the car to the dealer to confirm it had the factory warranty and do a check up.

A wire transfer is different that cash in bills. Bank to bank transfers are no big deal to do. No physical bills exchange - only keystrokes :)

anything over 10k will be a problem cash just walking into a to a bank. typically a bank draft for that.

I don't know why people keep putting words in my mouth, but just because I said to buy it on the spot, it does not have to be cash on the spot. As long as you can the money one way or the other, that's what matters.
