Ok folks, methinks at least some/most of the work was done at simplycars.

its faster than you need it be
it sounds great at redline
stock engine swapped with 180km
driven 1 full year for less than 20k
short shift with suede boot
US M3 cluster with 114 miles
intake runs beside driver side fog light
ONE spot of rust bubble driver side rear
sunroof
LSD
m3 side mirrors
aftermarket headlights/brake lights
engine brace
f/r cross drilled rotors
lowered on HR springs
larger f/r sway bars
aftermarket sound
vin same on all panels

2 owners from new until the end of 2011
engine replaced at 285,000 with 3rd owner
new front suspension
comes with straight shitty 205 55 16 snows on replicas

interior shitty original with airbag light on and off
exhaust was 'made to work' and drones unless past 5k
abs light is on and off
the paint is cracked and crappy overall but ok from afar
The story is I want to sell this AS IS. If you take this on = most likely emissions related issues because it barely passed last round (after repeated failure of previous owner). Anyway, I think it will all be related to the exhaust and cat/o2 sensor, plus probably rebuilding calipers and SS brake lines and a regular tune up. If I do it I will ask for way more and will probably change my mind about selling.
