FS/Testing waters 2004 M3 SMG

I am testing the waters. I have a 04 M3 SMG like the title says. The car is clean, since I have had it I has never been winter driven. All the maintanence has been done, Inspection II, new vanos, new activewerks headers, acticewerks ECU reflash. It also has H&R coilovers, angle eyes, dinan exhaust, stoptech big brake kit (front only), defi gauges (water and oil temp) rear carbon fiber diffuser etc...All work was done at bimmersport. It has 171XXXkms all highway, I live in markham and work in Mississauga. PM if interested $21,000 is what I am asking.
