View Full Version : 6 Series E24 630csi parts/parting out

$600 obo is the price for the whole car (to use as parts), am also parting out! No ownership

Up for sale is a rare 1977 (or 1978) BMW 630csi. This was the shortest produced 6 series, only two years!

Not much interior. Engine/transmission are complete. Hasn't run in years. Some good body panels. Floors are rotted.

Like I said, selling whole car or parting. PM me with your requests, if you want I can send you my # to discuss over the phone.

Differential LSD? How much $?

Will check this week.

It won't work with your E30 though. The early E24s were based on E12s...

Well I checked today and the car was left in park and the shifter removed... so it may take some time to check! haha. We have another 630 with an LSD in the back but that one's staying together for now.

I've been doing a lot of research on the 630csis. Though they were not the fastest 6... they are super rare apparently. Only 436 automatic 630csis were produced for the NA market (apart from the California specific models). The bodies were still built by Karmann at this point.

Though this car does not technically have the ownership... we can work something out if someone is seriously interested.
