yeah its one bedroom...but look around on the MLS some damn "studio units" are only 400sqft...welcome to Toronto land of the shrinking floor plans...Here is a ad for the exact same unit as my except my is on the 19th floor...

Wow. Makes me appreciate my 1050 sq ft unit, although no balcony. Only bummer, but I don't live there so whatever.

Good luck with the rental, looks like a nice area and building.

I can see it going for $1350.. I pay close to $1650 (once you factor in 2 parking spaces) for a 750sq ft. in a Tridel building.

here is a unit 100sqft smaller...$1250

my GF does real estate on the side and she is telling me the amount of rentable good condos within the downtown core is shrinking..probably %1.2 vacancy even with 18 new condos coming on line for occupancy for 2012...I seen rental apartments near U of T that is one room, shared bathroom,no kitchen,no parking going for $800 with multiple rental offers..

Sirex no harm....I personally cant believe what some units are getting for leased...when it gets closed to August when all the university students starts to start looking for rental units any good 1 bedroom condo unit would be snatched up in days...Im very sure I can get what the others are getting just need a good tenant without paying a months rent to a realtor to find me one...again brand new all new appliance PLUS California has it own indoor pool plus a amazing work out amenities...squash court, theater, huge party room, pool room....some of the best amenities I seen in Toronto for condo owners....
