M3 oil leak under car

Noticed some little drips of oil coming down under of the car, seems to be coming from the oil pan or down the transmission. Any ideas what it could be? Only 100K on the m3 eurospec engine. Oil and coolants are good.

Rear main seal? Kind of difficult to diagnose over the forums. You should either jack it up and investigate or have a shop look at it.
