Is it dirty, or durty..

I spent most of 2010/2011 as a Project Manager working on the UOITs expansions projects. Both downtown and on the main campus. Downtown is a lil sketchy at times, like 9 am when the clinic opens up!

I guess little bit of both, I've grown to like the folks, and the police is about as relax as you can get.
