Could you tell me what you have available for a 2007 Z4 3.0si in lowering springs? I don't want to "dump" it, just a little drop. I put 18" on the car and it rides a little high now.
Preferably something that will not mean I compromise ride quality as the Z4 is already pretty rough on bumpy roads.
I've been told that h&r are good and won't compromise ride quality, but I'm interested in what you have to say and the prices.

H&R Sport springs are very good. Find a used set for $150-$200.. or buy new for $350

hey Deep, I just did this and I went with the Eibach Prokit springs and my stock sport shocks. The drop is perfect and it sits just above the wheels now and the ride is very comfortable. I would reccomend it if your stock shocks are still in good shape, mine were.
I paid just over 200 for the kit as well, which was a great deal.

Problem is - can't find a decent set for an E85 at a decent price. Getting quoted $600 installed everywhere. I can't think that springs and install would be that bad...
install ranges from 175-300 typically. springs new are about 300. have u considered installing them yourself?

That would be a bad idea :-) I have no knowledge on how to do it...

only one way to learn! Just lure some friends over to your place with the promise of bbq and beer, and you should be able to get it done in no time.

that's the other problem... Time... Work, kids, my own business + now my dad has asked me to learn his business to take it over eventually, so I'm spending my extra time in getting into his books, bringing the business up to the 21st century (dad still hand writes invoices, need to automate stuff - he's got a good business, we can make it bigger).
Time is not my friend...
