interesting indeed. i'm going to test drive the f30 soon. i would think most enthusiasts will choose the 335i although i'm sure it will be outsold by the 328i in large numbers overall.

I was not expecting to hear that in the review.

Canada is also getting the 320i.

its the same thing with a 318 and a 328. Sure the 318 is alot more nimble in corners and feels alot lighter on its feet, a 328 will always be more fun because of how its pulls feel

Is everyone cool with them calling it a 328i or even worse is the 528i? In the 528i it just feels wrong to have a 4-banger in there. The sound and vibration just didn't work for me being surrounded by luxury... and it was also $60K

yeah, gas prices are killing me, looking for a VW 1.9TDi for daily now, bimmer is slowly become a weekend car, we're slowly reaching europe in the sense of gas pricing.

have not test driven one - but whats wrong with a 2L twin turbo motor?

my turbo'd 1.8L snaps the passengers head back.

I re-read the article, i guess 165 lbs is considerable weight, but i'd still go for the power, just like nearly every other enthusiast out there.
